개인정보처리방침

xPlay 앱은 사용자의 개인정보 보호를 최우선으로 합니다. 본 방침은 앱 사용과 관련된 개인정보 처리에 관한 안내입니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

xPlay는 사용자의 개인정보(이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등)를 수집하지 않습니다.

앱 정상 작동을 위해 다음 정보가 기기 내부에 저장됩니다:

구독한 팟캐스트 목록 및 에피소드 재생 기록 (기기 로컬 DB)
재생 위치, 재생 큐 등 재생 설정 (기기 내부)
국가 선택 등 앱 설정값 (기기 내부)

위 데이터는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 앱 삭제 시 모두 삭제됩니다.

2. 앱 권한

인터넷 권한: 팟캐스트 피드 다운로드 및 에피소드 스트리밍
저장소 권한: 로컬 오디오 파일 탐색 및 재생
알림 권한: 새 에피소드 업데이트 알림 (사용자가 허용한 경우)
포그라운드 서비스: 백그라운드 오디오 재생 유지

3. 제3자 서비스

xPlay는 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다:

PodcastIndex API: 팟캐스트 검색 및 피드 제공 (개인정보처리방침)
Google AdMob: 광고 표시 — 광고 식별자(GAID)만 사용 (Google 개인정보처리방침)
Firebase Analytics: 익명화된 앱 사용 통계 (Firebase 개인정보처리방침)
Firebase Crashlytics: 익명화된 오류 보고

이들 서비스는 각각의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.

4. 광고 맞춤화

Google AdMob이 기기의 광고 식별자(GAID)를 사용하여 맞춤 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. Android 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 광고 식별자 재설정 또는 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다.

5. 데이터 보안

모든 사용자 데이터는 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. PodcastIndex, AdMob, Firebase 등 제3자 서비스와의 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.

6. 아동 개인정보

xPlay는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 방침 변경

본 개인정보처리방침은 법령 변경 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 업데이트 노트를 통해 안내합니다.

xPlay is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

xPlay does not collect personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.).

The following data is stored locally on your device to enable core functionality:

Subscribed podcasts and episode playback history (local device DB)
Playback position, queue, and other playback preferences (local)
App settings such as country selection (local)

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

2. App Permissions

Internet: Download podcast feeds and stream episodes
Storage: Browse and play local audio files
Notifications: New episode update alerts (only if you grant permission)
Foreground Service: Keep background audio playback active

3. Third-Party Services

xPlay uses the following third-party services:

PodcastIndex API: Podcast search and feed delivery (Privacy Policy)
Google AdMob: Ad delivery — uses advertising ID (GAID) only (Google Privacy Policy)
Firebase Analytics: Anonymized app usage statistics (Firebase Privacy Policy)
Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymized crash reporting

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Personalized Ads

Google AdMob may use your device's advertising ID (GAID) to show personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Data Security

All user data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted externally. Communications with PodcastIndex, AdMob, and Firebase are encrypted via HTTPS.

6. Children's Privacy

xPlay is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
